3-4-1: APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS:
The provisions of this chapter, except as to licensing and fees, shall apply to all public shows, theatricals, circuses and other amusements in the city, whether specifically licensed in other sections in this chapter or not. (Ord. O-23-79, 11-20-1979)
