3-29-8: LOCATION AND OPERATION RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   No mobile food vehicle may be operated on any public right-of-way.
   B.   No mobile food vehicle may be operated in an area that is zoned residential under the City's zoning ordinance.
   C.   Mobile food vehicles may only operate on private property or in a public park in conjunction with an event licensed by the City not to exceed five (5) consecutive days. (Ord. O-08-2022, 5-8-2022)
