3-29-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section.
MOBILE FOOD VEHICLES: A commercially manufactured, motorized mobile food unit in which ready-to-eat food is cooked, wrapped, packaged, processed or proportioned for service, sale or distribution.
PERSON: Any person, firm, corporation, association, club, society or other organization including any owner, manager, proprietor, employee, volunteer of agent. (Ord. O-08-2022, 5-8-2022)
