8-18-7: RIGHTS AND REMEDIES UNDER OTHER LAWS:
To the extent that this chapter provides no rights or remedies in a circumstance, the rights and remedies available to landlords and tenants under the laws of the State of Illinois shall remain applicable. (Ord. O-20-2020, 12-7-2020)
