No license shall be issued for the sale at retail of any cannabis at any building located within two hundred feet (200') of any church, public park or school. In determining the distance provided for in this section, the boundary of the lot or parcel of land upon which a church, public park or school is located and the boundary of the lot or parcel of land where the building is located that are closest to each other shall be used as the points from which the measurement shall be made.
