3-28-8: SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
Any proceeding to suspend or revoke a license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be conducted pursuant to section 3-1-17 of the City Code. (Ord. O-09-2020, 4-20-2020; Ord. O-13-2021, 9-13-2021)
