2-9-4: INVESTIGATION OF VIOLATION:
The IIB's investigations of violations should include:
   A.   A discussion with the employee involved;
   B.   Interviews and statements from witnesses;
   C.   A determination of whether or not disciplinary action is necessary; and
   D.   A review of the employee's file or any other relevant documents to determine the degree of discipline to be imposed. (Ord. 0-43-93, 12-6-93)
