2-8-2: ORGANIZATION:
   A.   Officers: The chairman shall be named by the Mayor. The Commission shall select a secretary from its own members.
   B.   Rules And Regulations: The Commission on Community Events and Affairs shall formulate and present to the Council for its approval, such rules and regulations necessary for the operation of the Commission. (1992 Code)
