2-7-2: ORGANIZATION:
   A.   Officers:
      1.   The mayor, with the advice and consent of the city council, shall appoint a chairman of the commission from its members, who shall serve for a term of one year and until his/her successor shall be appointed and take office.
      2.   The commission may elect from its members a secretary and such other officers as it may deem advisable.
   B.   Meetings:
      1.   All meetings of the commission shall be held on the third Wednesday of each month and at such other times as the commission may determine.
      2.   The commission shall keep minutes of its meetings which shall be submitted to the city clerk for distribution to the mayor and city council.
      3.   The facilities of city hall shall be available to the commission for all meetings.
      4.   All meetings conducted by the commission shall be open to the public. Any person may appear and testify at a meeting, either in person or by a duly authorized agent or attorney.
   C.   Rules Of Order And Procedure: The commission may adopt rules of order and procedure for the conduct of its business. (Ord. O-02-90, 1-22-1990)
