2-2-2: ORGANIZATION:
The Board of Local Improvements shall adopt its own rules of procedure with the approval of the corporate authority and shall select its officers from among its members. The chairman of the Board shall be named by the Mayor. (Ord. 0-23-79, 11-20-79)
