A. This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements, covenants, or deed restrictions.
B. Where this chapter and other chapters, easements, covenants, or deed restrictions conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
C. This chapter is intended to repeal prior chapters or resolutions which were adopted to meet the national flood insurance program regulations, but is not intended to repeal the resolution which the city passed in order to establish initial eligibility for the program. (Ord. O-20-2008, 6-16-2008)
