107.01 BIDDING POLICY.

The Village of North Kingsville shall require that all solicitations for bids for labor, materials or services to be supplied to the Village of North Kingsville shall include a specific requirement that all bid entries shall include a statement certifying that the bidder is an "Equal Opportunity Employer," as defined by Ohio and Federal law.
