(EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 501.99 for penalties applicable to any misdemeanor classification.)
(a) Notwithstanding the stated maximum financial penalties for General and Drug offense penalties delineated in the Village of North Kingsville Code of Ordinances, whenever a person is charged with and ultimately convicted of or pleads guilty to any illegal drug related violation in the jurisdiction of the Village of North Kingsville, then, in addition to any fine imposed as directed by ordinance, the Mayor’s Court shall impose an additional fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00), which is to be deposited by the Fiscal Officer into the Village of North Kingsville Law Enforcement Trust Fund (2092).
(b) The financial penalties shall be established to allow for the imposition of fines as follows:
(1) For a Misdemeanor of the first degree (M-1) Maximum Fine: $1075.00.
(2) For a Misdemeanor of the second degree (M-2) Maximum Fine: $825.00.
(3) For a Misdemeanor of the third degree (M-3) Maximum Fine: $575.00.
(4) For a Misdemeanor of the fourth degree (M-4) Maximum Fine: $325.00.
(5) For a Minor Misdemeanor (MM) Maximum Fine: $225.00.
