(a) Adoption: Description. In conformity with law, there is hereby adopted as the seal of the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village the form of seal impressed below, bearing in the margin the words "Village Clerk-Treasurer" and "No. Kingsville" and in the center the words "Seal."

(b) Use. An official seal in the form described in subsection (a) hereof shall be furnished by Council to the Clerk-Treasurer, and the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to affix the same to all transcripts, orders, certificates or other papers requiring authentication by the Clerk-Treasurer.
