181.99 CRIMINAL PENALTIES; LIMITATION OF ACTIONS.
   (a)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to criminal prosecution for a 3rd degree misdemeanor, which is a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or up to sixty (60) days in jail. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
   (b)   In addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof, whoever violates Section 181.10(e) shall be immediately dismissed from the service of the Village of North Kingsville.
   (c)   Prosecutions for an offense made punishable under this Chapter shall be commenced within three (3) years after the commission of the offense, provided that in the case of fraud, failure to file a return, or the omission of twenty-five percent (25%) or more of the compensation or net profits required to be reported, prosecutions may be commenced within six (6) years after the commission of the offense in accordance with Ohio R.C. 718.12.
