171.01 CONFINEMENT OF SENTENCED PERSONS.

The Mayor and the Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the Board of County Commissioners for the care and maintenance of persons sentenced to confinement or ordered to be confined by the Mayor's Court of the Village.
