157.01 ESTABLISHMENT; POWERS AND DUTIES.

There is hereby established in and for the Village a Volunteer Fire-Fighters' Dependents Fund Board, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 146.02, which Board shall administer the Volunteer Fire- Fighters' Dependents Fund established in Ohio R.C. 146.07 and which Board shall have such other powers and duties, and be constituted, as provided in Ohio R.C. Chapter 146.
