(a) The following Change Drawers have been established:
Clerk of Courts | $100.00 | Kept in Change Drawer in Clerk’s Office |
Income Tax Clerk’s | $100.00 | Kept in Change Drawer in Income Tax office |
Campground Manager | $100.00 | Kept in Point of Sale System Drawer |
Golf Course Manager | $800.00 | $100.00 Kept in Point of Sale System Drawer & $700.00 kept in Golf Course Manager’s Safe for making change for the POS Drawer throughout the day. |
(b) Funds in excess of the Change Drawer Balance will be deposited in the Bank by the responsible party in accordance with the deposit schedule for each area.
(c) Change Drawers will be used to make change NOT as petty cash. Credit cards will be used to make purchases in place of petty cash.
(d) When a manager of a Change Drawer leaves the employ of the Village, he/she will have the amount in the Change Drawer verified by the Fiscal Officer.
