1331.02 DISPLAY OF NUMBER.

Every property owner of improved property shall on or before January 1, 1995, affix and display in a conspicuous place on said house, building or property the number assigned in the manner as hereinafter set forth. (Ord. 14-005. Passed 3-3-14.)
