135.13 POLICY FOR RECEIPT AND EXPENDITURE OF CRIMINAL ASSETS AND MANDATORY DRUG FINES.

   The written policy attached to original Ordinance O-91-016 as "Exhibit A" is hereby adopted as the internal control policy for the Village of North Kingsville Police Department for the receipt and expenditure of court-ordered forfeiture of criminal assets and mandatory drug fines.
