(a)
Each full-time police officer shall be entitled to a clothing allowance not to exceed nine hundred dollars ($900.00) per year. (Res. R-16-001. Passed 1-4-16.)
(b) Each part-time police officer shall be entitled to a clothing allowance not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) per year.
(c) Each reserve police officer shall be entitled to a clothing allowance not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per year. (Ord. O-08-007. Passed 4-16-08.)
(d) Commencing April 1, 2009, all clothing allowances of the Police Department shall be reported as additional compensation for payroll purposes.
