Any individual, firm, association or corporation who violates the order of the Zoning Inspector under this chapter, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each day of violation of the Zoning Inspector’s order by failing to repair or demolish said dangerous building within sixty (60) days of said order being served, personally, or by certified mail, return receipt requested, upon said owner or other person having an interest in said building as shown by the land records of the County Auditor’s office.
