The Zoning Inspector is hereby designated as the officer authorized to carry out the provisions of this chapter. All dangerous buildings or parts thereof are hereby declared to be a public nuisance; and, shall be repaired or demolished within sixty (60) days of notice of said order declaring a dangerous building by the Village Zoning Inspector to the owner or other person having an interest in said building, as shown by the land records of the County Auditor’s office.
