1339.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

(a) No person shall move any building or structure from one parcel of land to another in the Village or from outside the Village to a location inside the Village without first obtaining a permit therefor.

(b) The fee for the permit referred to in subsection (a) hereof is twenty dollars ($20.00).
