Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the Village, for the control of buildings and structures in the Village, the National Electrical Code, the 2002 edition, sponsored by the National Fire Protection Association, save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter modified or deleted. All of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms set forth in such Code are hereby incorporated in this chapter by reference as if fully set forth at length herein.
