Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231 and 3781.10, there is hereby adopted by and for the Village, for the control of buildings and structures in the Village, the Residential Building Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards. All of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms set forth in such Code are hereby incorporated in this chapter by reference as if fully set forth at length herein.
