TABLE II
INTERSECTION AND STREET DESIGN
   (a)    Intersection Design. The design of intersections shall be consistent with the following factors:
      (1)    Maximum approach speed: 25 miles per hour.
      (2)    Clear sight distance at the intersection: 30 feet.
      (3)   Vertical alignment: flat.
      (4)   Minimum angle of intersection: 90 degrees preferred but not less than 75 degrees. Streets shall remain in the angle of intersection for at least 100 feet.
      (5)    Minimum curb radius: 30 feet.
   (b)    Street Design.
      (1)    Right of way: 60 feet (50-foot variance will be given only upon judgment of the Street Commissioner and Planning Commission).
      (2)   Pavement width: 18 feet minimum and greater where population density or road classification necessitates an increased width.
      (3)   Sidewalk width: 4 feet minimum.
      (4)   Maximum grade: 6 percent.
      (5)    Minimum centerline radius: will be determined by classification and will be stated by the Street Commissioner as an acceptable degree of curvature consistent with variable terrain features.
   (c)    Note: The standards set forth in subsections (a) and (b) hereof are minimums. Where road classifications, terrain features or density factors vary, design criteria may be increased or decreased to meet conditions, in the Street Commissioner's judgment.
