(a) It will be the developer's responsibility to make arrangements for a preconstruction meeting. All interested parties should be invited to attend. These include:
(1) The Street Commissioner or his or her agent;
(2) The developer and the developer's engineer;
(3) The contractor and his or her project supervisor;
(4) Public utility companies involved; and
(5) A representative of the Planning Commission.
(b) The meeting should cover the following:
(1) A general plan review;
(2) A statement from the contractor outlining his or her construction schedule; and
(3) A statement by each utility involved.
