(a) All traffic control devices, i.e. signing and lighting, shall conform to the Uniform Manual of Traffic Control Devices of Ohio. The placement and warrants for such devices will be, likewise, governed by these standards.
(b) Street name signs shall be placed at all street intersections.
(c) Where roads or streets intersect existing public highways, the developer will be responsible for the initial installation of traffic control devices. Thereafter, maintenance will be the responsibility of the governmental body within whose jurisdiction this falls.
