All utilities, or the proposed placement thereof, shall be shown on the construction drawings. All construction of utilities and appurtenances shall conform with current regulations of the State Public Utilities Commission and the local public utility involved.
Copies of construction drawings may be furnished to the proper utility company so the design of these plans may be shown. The general rules of road crossing and underground installation for all Village roads shall apply, as established by the Street Commissioner.
