Where a public water supply is not available, the subdivider shall supply evidence (well logs) of the availability of underground water. The subdivider may be required to make one or more test wells in the area to be platted if such evidence is deemed unacceptable. Copies of well logs which are obtained shall include the name and address of the well driller and shall be submitted to the Planning Commission. The developer shall install water mains that comply with current Federal, State and local regulations to ensure proper Village fire protection.
