1119.01 CONSTRUCTION; INSPECTIONS.

The subdivider shall design and construct improvements not less than the standards outlined in these Subdivision Regulations. The work shall be done under Village supervision and inspection and shall be completed within the time fixed or agreed upon by the Street Commissioner.

All inspection costs shall be paid for by the subdivider.
