(a) There is hereby established the position of Income Tax Clerk within the Department of Taxation established by Section 181.09.
(b) The Mayor shall define the scope of services for such position.
(c) The Mayor shall establish a salary for such position and shall appoint the Income Tax Clerk.

(d) The Tax Clerk is hereby directed to pursue collection of unpaid income taxes along with interest and penalties thereon whenever the cost to the Village to pursue said collection is less than the total amount due from the taxpayer owing said taxes.
