127.02 APPOINTMENT; RESIDENCY.

(a) The Village Fiscal Officer shall be appointed by the Mayor; and, shall not become effective until the appointment is approved by a majority of the Village Council.

(b) The Village Fiscal Officer is an appointed position and thus, the Fiscal Officer need not be a resident of the Village of North Kingsville.
