These Subdivision Regulations shall supplement all laws, rules and regulations of the State and municipalities. Whenever the requirements of these Subdivision Regulations are at variance with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rules, regulations, ordinances or resolutions, the more restrictive or that imposing the higher standard shall govern, except as provided in Section 1111.06.
