1101.02 COMPOSITION; TERMS OF OFFICE; COMPENSATION.

The Planning Commission shall consist of the Mayor, one member of Council, who shall be selected by Council to serve for the remainder of his or her term as a member of Council, and three citizens to be appointed by the Mayor for terms of six years each. All members of the Commission shall serve without compensation.
