(a) The Board of Cemetery Trustees and/or its employees shall be charged with the enforcement of all rules and regulations adopted by Council.
(b) The following extracts are from the Ohio Revised Code and are hereby made a part hereof:
(1) Ohio R.C. 1721.07 "Burial lots sold by a cemetery shall be used for the sole purpose of interments and shall be subject to the rules prescribed by the cemetery."
(2) Ohio R.C. 1721.07 "A cemetery may adopt rules and regulations for disposing of and conveying burial lots."
(3) Ohio R.C. 1721.09 "A cemetery may prescribe rules for enclosing and adorning lots and for erecting monuments in the cemetery and may prohibit any use, division, improvement or adornment of a lot which they deem to be improper."
(4) Ohio R.C. 1721.19 "Watchmen or agents of a cemetery may arrest on view a person found violating this section."
