963.09 TRAFFIC RULES.
   (a)    Entrance to the cemetery shall be made only by the walks and drives maintained by the cemetery for this purpose.
   (b)    No person shall use the walks and drives in the cemetery as thoroughfares or public highways. Motorcycles will not be permitted in the cemetery, except as escorts.
   (c)    No person shall drive over the lawns or on the walks under any pretense whatever, and where damage occurs therefrom, the driver of the vehicle shall make good such damage.
   (d)    The speed of vehicles is limited to five miles per hour.
   (e)    Visitors on foot have the primary use of the drives, and vehicle drivers shall respect this right by careful driving and strict adherence to rules.
   (f)    Visitors are reminded that unnecessary use of cemetery drives entails a large expense upon the cemetery for their maintenance. The privilege to drive thereon should not be abused.
   (g)    Customary traffic rules and rules of the road are herewith made applicable to the use of cemetery drives and walks.
