963.07 DISINTERMENTS.
   (a)    Disinterments will be made upon court order. Permission to make disinterments not ordered by the court will be given upon written order of the lot owner, or the surviving spouse, child, if of legal age, or parent, of the deceased (in the order stated), provided that such disinterment is not made for profit or other reasons considered improper by cemetery authorities.
   (b)    No disinterment will be made until all State regulations and all rules of the local health authorities have been complied with.
   (c)    If the relocation of the remains of a deceased person is deemed advisable by cemetery authorities, such relocation may be made by the Board of Cemetery Trustees and its assistants upon court order or upon written permission given by the nearest surviving relative.
   (d)    If any single grave is vacated and the body removed therefrom, the ground shall revert to the cemetery.

   (e)    The Clerk-Treasurer shall collect a fee for the disinterment of cremations, stillborns and infants within the Village at the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00) per disinterment along with a sum representing fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour for the Village Street Department services- related to said disinterment.
