963.05 PLACEMENT OF HEADSTONES AND MONUMENTS.
   (a)    No monument or headstone shall be erected or placed in the cemetery unless specifications, plans and location have been first submitted to and approved by the Board of Cemetery Trustees. All applications shall be filed at the Clerk-Treasurer's office.
   (b)    The Board may inspect the setting of any monument or headstone, and, if improperly done, may order the resetting of the same.
   (c)    After a monument or headstone has been placed in the cemetery, it may not be removed without permission of the Board.
   (d)    Monuments or markers with porcelain or other photographs inserted, or of a grotesque, freakish or unusual design, ornamentation or size, are not permitted.
   (e)    No monument, headstone or material used in connection with the same shall be brought into the cemetery on Sundays or general holidays, and all work thereon shall be done during cemetery working hours.
   (f)    Boxing, crating and packing materials and all other debris brought in by a stone contractor shall be removed and the completed work shall be cleaned before leaving the job.

   (g)    No pebbles, stones or bark is permitted around monuments.
