925.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)    "Sanitary sewer" means the authorized system of underground pipes, conduits and other conveyors and accessories whereby the sewage of the Village is disposed of in accordance with the ordinances of the Village and appropriate sections of the Ohio Revised Code.
   (b)    "Sewage" means the water-borne contents of any water closet, privy, cesspool, septic tank or sink, or other offensive or dangerous liquid wastes, excepting therefrom effluent that has passed through a properly installed and operated septic system approved by the local health regulatory agency.
   (c)    "Storm drain" means any underground pipe or system of pipes authorized or constructed by the Village and designed or used for the purpose of conveying storm water from roofs of buildings, from private lots and lands and from public places to a watercourse or other outlet.
