(a) A fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) is hereby set for all utility companies that apply for constructions projects within the limits of the village of North Kingsville rights of way along all public highways.
(b) The Mayor is hereby authorized to waive permit fees, for cause, and in lieu thereof. The applicant may present to the Village of North Kingsville a street maintenance and performance bond with a good and sufficient surety. The amount of the bond shall be fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) for any number of openings. The bond shall be in effect for a period of one year from the final inspection and shall guarantee that the pavement is replaced, restored and maintained in a satisfactory condition.
