727.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)    “Burn-off” means the flaring or burning of escaping gas from an approved, secured blow-off pipe.
   (b)    "Condensate" means liquid hydrocarbons that were originally in a gaseous phase in the reservoir.
   (c)    "Driller" means the individual or firm responsible for the actual drilling operation.
   (d)    "Gas" means all natural gas and other fluid hydrocarbons not defined as oil, including condensate.
   (e)    "Oil" means crude petroleum oil and other hydrocarbons, regardless of gravity, that are produced in liquid form by ordinary production methods, but does not include liquid hydrocarbons that were originally in a gaseous phase in the reservoir.
   (f)    "Producer" means the owner of a gas or oil well.
   (g)    "Well" means any bore hole, whether drilled or bored, for the production, extraction or injection of any gas or liquid mineral, excluding potable water to be used as such, but including natural or artificial brines and oil field water.
