§ 151.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction, shall be fined according to a schedule of fines as shall be modified from time to time by the Town Council and made available for public inspection in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office, as prescribed by the provisions of § 10.99.
