(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this code for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine, which shall be set by the Town Council from time to time.
(B) A separate violation shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
(C) Should it become necessary for the town to take legal action to collect any fees or fines or enforce any section of this code, the town shall be entitled to recovery of all attorney’s fees and court costs.
