§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 71.01 through 71.04 and §§ 71.20 through 71.24 shall upon conviction be fined $50 per violation.
   (C) Any person who violates § 71.25 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the amount established by the Town Council and set forth in the town’s Fee Ordinance, a copy of which is made available at the town’s Clerk-Treasurer’s office.
