(A) Every motor vehicle, motorcycle, authorized emergency vehicle, school bus, bicycle, tractor, truck tractor, farm tractor, road tractor, bus, semi-trailer, or any other type of vehicle as defined by state statute shall comply with and obey all traffic laws and traffic signals enacted by the state.
(B) It shall be unlawful for a person to knowingly fail to comply with a lawful order or directive of a law enforcement officer invested by law with authority to direct, control, or regulate traffic.
