(A) No driver of any vehicle shall fail to come to a complete stop when approaching a school bus from any direction in which the arm signal device is in its extended position.
(B) No driver of any vehicle shall proceed when approaching a school bus from any direction before the arm signal device is no longer extended.
(C) Each driver of a vehicle shall obey the instructions of a school crossing guard to stop the vehicle while in a school crossing zone.
(D) Whenever a driver of a vehicle approaches a school crossing zone, the driver shall exercise extraordinary caution to secure the safety of the children and pedestrians within the school crossing zone.
(E) Each driver of a vehicle shall obey the posted school zone speed limit of 25 mph.
