§ 71.05 LIMITED PARKING AREAS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to park any vehicle in an area designated by a traffic parking sign as a “No Parking Area.”
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to park any vehicle in a designated parking area for a time period which exceeds the time allowed by a traffic parking sign.
