547.99 PENALTY.

(a) In addition to any other penalty set forth herein, the failure to remove weeds, vegetation or litter, after proper notice is given as set forth in Section 547.02, shall constitute a minor misdemeanor. Each separate day of failure to comply with the notice to remove weeds, vegetation or litter shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) Each minor misdemeanor under this section shall subject the offender to a fine not to exceed $100 for each separate offense under Sections 547.99(a) or Section 547.99(b).
